I have a confession to make: I can't get enough of that "What in your bag?" group on Flickr. I'm such a bag voyeur! I'm always fascinated by what people carry around with them.
But it is strictly out of professional curiosity (not in any way laptop bag voyeurism), that I thought I'd start my own version of "What's in your bag?" here on my blog. I call it "What's In Your Career Bag?"
When I add new designers to CareerBags.com, I make sure they're creating laptop bags and business cases that will fit all of our daily essentials. Now, I know what *my* daily essentials are - but what are yours?
So, what's in your career bag? Don't be shy now - I'll go first. Here's all the stuff that I keep in my Veronica London tote:
- Shiny white MacBook and cord
- Cellphone
- My BlackBerry with its carrying case and accessories
- iPod Nano
- Glasses & case
- My little pouch of emergency cosmetics (you never know when your eyebrows are going to just disappear)
- TicTacs
- Keys w/ flashlight
- A blue velvet bag from Tiffany's for my taser. Ha ha! Just kidding. I keep my fancy pen in there.
